Scope: Internal relocation in the São Paulo headquarters with the relocation of the existing furniture.
Volume: Relocation of 4,000 people, including computers and documentation with reutilization of furniture (disassembly and reassembly of aprox. 3,500 work stations, seatings, desks and cabinets.
Time of execution: 10 weeks.
Area involved: 15,000 m².
The team formed by the Operational Manager, Coordinator, Supervisors and multidisciplinary teams worked with a frozen macro schedule in shift schedules. All of the logistic teams were monitored on the “hour-by-hour” of the execution, as much on the source as the destination. The services were delivered within the dates and times predicted in the schedule.
