Scope: Internal relocation in the São Paulo headquarters with total disassembly of the existing furniture/furnishings to substitute for new furnishings.
Volume: Relocation of 9000 people, with computers and documentation, with 3 sources and 2 destinations and the partial reutilization of seating.
Time of execution: 10 weeks.
Area involved: 12,000 m².
The team formed by the Operational Manager, Coordinator, Supervisors and multidisciplinary teams worked with a frozen macro schedule in shift schedules. All of the logistic teams were monitored on the “hour-by-hour” of the execution, as much on the source as the destination. The services were delivered within the dates and times predicted in the schedule.
