Scope: Management of the headquarters relocation in São Paulo.
Volume: Relocation of 1,500 people, including computers and documents with partial reutilization of seating.
Time of execution: 4 weeks.
Area involved: 10,000 m².
The team formed by PMO, Coordinator and Supervisors, worked in shift schedules and with a frozen macro schedule. All of the logistic teams were monitored on the “hour-by-hour” of the execution, as much on the source as the destination. The services were delivered within the dates and times predicted in the schedule.
